Tyler Stull

Tyler Stull, Esq. is one of Dunn Law’s attorneys and concentrates his practice on labor and employment matters, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. Tyler has experience in “bet-the-company” matters, and has tried multiple cases to a jury verdict. His cases have been reported upon by media outlets such as the Miami Herald and the Daily Business Review.

Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Tyler earned a B.S. from East Carolina University in 2008 and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Miami School Of Law in 2013. He was selected to the Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” List in 2016 and 2017

  • Represented employees in a collective action for unpaid overtime wages against a national retail brand, for which a six-figure settlement was achieved
  • Obtained a jury verdict and order granting attorney’s fees against a Florida courier service on behalf of two former employees
  • Defended a local business against a wrongful termination lawsuit by a disgruntled former employee, in which the client obtained a favorable settlement
  •  Defends employers before federal, state, and local administrative enforcement agencies on a wide range of employment related claims, including conducting internal investigations of discrimination and harassment claims.
  • Litigates on behalf of business and individuals in contract and fiduciary duty disputes
  • Has represented clients before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Miami-Dade Commission on Human Rights
